The Department of Education (FSA) website was cluttered and difficult to navigate, causing confusion for borrowers, administrators and educators trying to find information about loans, grants, and repayment options. A redesign was needed to create a more intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly experience that simplifies complex financial aid & internal portal processes.
